How to Spoil a Child: 101

When Brooke and Pete decide to do something . . . We do it BIG. In this case, we simply wanted to show Libby a good time sledding. . .
It got a bit bigger than simply sledding with a plastic sled down some moderately slopped hills.

The skies cleared, the temps warmed up and Pete and I thought it would be a PERFECT day to show Libby how you really go sledding . . . . With a snowmobile . . . . Perfect transportation for a small child to some great sledding hills!

The little speed demon wanted it to go faster!

You can also be towed behind the snowmobile with your favorite birthday twin Brooke . . . Uphill AND back down hill. (Baby Howell loved this as well)

AND, you can slide down the big hills, really fast with your MOM!

Then, after a snowmobile ride and sled rides, uphill and downhill, it just seems appropriate that you also ride a HORSE!

Oh, and if the funny farm wasn't enough and you aren't tired enough of all the "riding" you can play in a barn and feed SEVEN cats!

Please don't forget the hot chocolate and playing on large hay bales!

Boy, are we ready to spoil a kid of our own or what?

I'll say you're most definitely ready to spoil a kid of your own! And how lucky for a kid to be brought up around all that fun!! I can hardly wait to bring Henry up late spring/early summer.

The cat picture is funny. They all eat at the same time like that?

yes, the "barn" cats are fed at teh same time each day and they eat all together. They used to have bowls with their names on them, but being as they were ceramic, they broke eventually... they are HUGE. The biggest cat weighs 18 pounds!
