Even our friends have big trucks, boats and trailers . . . The street is never empty and the driveway always full.
Just in the last week we have run chain saws, gravel trucks, a back-hoe / bulldozer and a full size log-truck with arm in the yard. Glad we didn't pick a co-op neighborhood.
Last night while removing the fallen pine tree stump from the back corner we had the neighborhood over to watch. It's much better than prime time television and we figure that if they are having fun WITH us, they will be less likely to complain about the horse trailer in the street.
Shawn T. our resident heavy machinery guru and favorite logger-man is a pro with his log truck. The only "oops" last night was when he backed down the alley and pulled some 100 yards "or so" of cable with him.
I think we could hear someone screaming from their lazy chair down the street. The didn't need to see that 3rd overtime anyways. oh well, hockey season is over and he was probably watching porn anyhow.

Billy enjoying his Szechuan beef while watching the show. More neighbors soon joined him.

time to buy some land!
Looks like fun!
COusin Brooke-- I just got caught up on reading (I have been busy with Gwyn....)So I read the one about you and the staining, all I can say is THANKS! I was not having the best day at work and I really needed that laugh. After I got up off the floor from laughing I am now able to get back to work!!!
Thanks again! Love ya! Can't wait to see you. BTW-- J and I are planning our next vacation to.... MONTANA! We aren't sure when it will be, but when we do, we will be calling you! We want to see you so bad. We want Gwyn to have more of the Aunt Brooke experience (no staining or painting, please)
I secretly would love my own horse trailer...with horses to go in it.
Your right...he probably was watching porn. I bet your neighbors look out their windows all the time living vicariously through you!
