random thoughts

I am taking a quick mental break from my tedious work at the moment. Sometimes a gal just needs to break the routine and let her mind wander...
here I go:
i love being married to peter, it has been the most amazing 2 weeks- i know we aren't quite at the golden anniversary yet, but it sure feels to good to wake up and go to sleep with someone that you think is SOOO COOOL and wonderful, I get annoyed at some of the random people who walk in the doors and interupt my train of thought or want to talk baout something completely unrelated to what I am doing (especially when I am stressed), I really like blogging and reading otehrs blogs, I love coffee and sitting with Peter each morning, I love that my little Oliver dog jumps on the bed and lays right by my face and falls back to sleep, I love seeing the leaves blow aroudn the streets in the fall, i do not like old receipts in my wallet that for some reason I won't throw away, i like collecting and stacking business cards taht I have received and going through them everyonce in a while, i hate it when printers run out of ink, I like PC's better than Macs!, i love seeing my friends and family having babies (but still dont want my own yet), I love searching for flights and tickets to destinations that I want to go but can't afford, looking at old globes, halloween parties and dress up, 600 kinds of chapstick and lip gloss, lunch dates with friends... love them!, phone dates with Micca, hearing my dad sincerely call his friend his "BF" (best friend), hearing my dad step it up and call him his "bffs" (best friend FOR SURE), thinking
all my cousins, aunts and uncles - they rock!, giving my brother relationship advice (scary!) and hear him talk about girls, driving my new truck, listening to Peter giggle and talk to his friends, dinner parties, having my friend laurie right across the street and I can go talk to
her and her boys whenever I need to get out of the office, running with laurie (reminds me I need to run!!!), thinking about "fall" chores at teh house this weekend, rearranging my kitchen cabinets, rearranging / redecorating in general

Ok, back to work... that felt great!
