Snow Day

On the first really cold, yucky day of the year ... we chill.
Pete's worried that Oliver will have a hard time getting used to being an "inside dog" after spending 3 months in elk camp...

Something tells me he's adjusting just fine.  Faker.

We made some nice hearty bean and veggie soup .... Even Matine ate it up for lunch!

Matine got her "purse" and puppy and told me "bye bye" - apparently she was leaving to go somewhere.

To her Little Tike Car she goes... Loading up Puppers.

Puppy gets the back seat. See ya!

Baby got swaddled and rocked for a loooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnggggg time today.  It was a good cudllin' day for sure. 

Then we had some "hot tea" (Matine's second favorite saying) and hot chocolate and did some cuddling of our own.  

Hot baths, more soup for dinner and a nice early bed... It was a good day!
